In December 2008, Welsh Chocolate Fountains were at The Liberty Stadium in Swansea. We provided the chocolate fountain for Morriston hospital & Singleton hospital (Oakwood) Childrens wards Christmas party. there must have been over 100 children there with their parents for a few hours of fun, food & football stars, not forgetting Santa!

The chocolate fountain went down a treat and was very busy for the whole duration of the party. It was hard to say who enjoyed the chocolate fountain the most, the children, the parents or the Swansea City F.C players!!!

About half way through the party Roberto Martinez arrived with most of the Swansea City players who got straight down to the business of meeting the children, posing for group and individual pictures and signing autograghs.

When their fan duties were over Roberto and his team made their way to the chocolate fountain where they feasted on fresh strawberries, fresh pineapple chunks and marshmallows which were all smothered in melted Belgian chocolate. i promised not to mention the donuts! oops!

All this delicious chocolate probably gave the players some extra energy for their Christmas fixtures.

Overall the party was a great success and was enjoyed by all, I even managed to get my son away from his xbox for a few hours with the promise that the Swans players would be there. I am sure that the children and parents from both hospital wards would like to thank the hard working and dedicated staff members who helped to organise this event.

I was proud to be involved with the party as it brought so much joy to so many children from the Swansea area. Thank you.

I have added some photos for your veiwing pleasure.
