Please check with us that your chosen date is available before sending your deposit.
The chocolate fountain booking form and your deposit(£75.00 required to secure a wedding booking other events such as proms & parties please ask) should be sent to: Welsh Chocolate Fountains, 6 Llwyncyfarthwch, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, sa15 1gy.
The booking is accepted based on the information provided by you on this form and is subject to your agreement to these terms & conditions. Any alteration to details you have provided on this booking form may lead to additional charges. When you book with us, we are committed to the booking 100% and do not look to take on extra bookings for your date, if you have to cancel the booking please inform us as soon as possible so that we can look to fill the date.
Any deposit paid is non-refundable, but transferable if we are available on your newly chosen date.
The outstanding balance of all bookings will be payable one month prior to the date of the booking.
Full payment will be required should the hirer cancel within 2 months prior to the date of the booking and 50% of the total costs are payable should the cancellation be within 4 months of the date of the booking.
